    When that commercial was made they were probably still selling smokes out of the vending machine.  Probably for $1 or less.  laugh_out_loud

    it was 1961, and smoke were way less than a buck a pack. my dad used to give me a dollar when i was young to run to the store and get him 2 packs , and i got to keep the change. cheesy

    oh..i used to love the sound of those old cigarette vending machines.

    Ok i know that commerical might of been over the top. But i won't really think is over the top is banning liquor ads. We can advertise sex on tv and that's not a bad influence for children, yet we can't show an adult having a beer!!

    I was looking at some of the old beer commercials.........lmaooooo those are a trip too!!
