Technical difficulties

            If anyone can help with this it would be greatly appreciated.  I  frequently play on the instant play modes (mostly RTG)  on my desktop system.    If I have time, I like to download them but always uninstall when I'm done.  Today I can't seem to download anything.  I have been able to get on the flash/instant play version but not the  downloaded one.  When I tried to download 3 Dice or an RTG nothing happened.  I mean I didn't get an error message or anything.    Now,  I am  using Windows 7  and have Avast for an antivirus if that helps.    I did notice that my browser is  Internet Explorer 10.  I think we were using 9 before.  Any suggestions?

I read that your virus software blocks games and casinos on facebook - is it likely that is the case with RTG casinos?

I recommend the Microsoft free protection (you can download it HERE.  I'm using windows 7 and I don't have any problems with that.

Also, have you seen this new huge virus that's hacked into millions of computers (some Russian bot called Turla).  You can read all about it on the BBC website HERE

Have you checked your downloads folder to see if theres anything in there? How about trying another browser eg, Chrome, Firefox and seeing if the download links respond in there? Weird things happening inside Internet Explorer can be the most difficult to diagnose with it being so firmly linked in with the windows operating system, so if you are still having difficulty I fully recommend changing to another browser, the latest Firefox is really nice (tho its a shameless ripoff of chrome, I actually prefer it !)

          Thanks guys, I'll check that out.  It's weird because I've been downloading for months --no problem,  now I can't seem to download the entire (RTG) file.  Same with 3 Dice.   

          That's possible Blue,  I'm going to check out  all these possibilities.  This is very frustrating.  I mean one day everything's fine--next day only flash versions.  Damn thing won't download anything....thanks for the advice Wscalley, Blue.  Have a feeling it has something to do with  IE,  I'll figure it out.

          Hey guys,  just wanted to let you know,  I tried using Google Chrome and everything actually works.  Weirdest thing,  I mean a few days ago I didn't have any problem with IE  and now I don't know
it might have updated or something.  It seems every time IE updates  something doesn't seem right.  Think a different browser really helped.  Thanks for the suggestions.
