    It's pancake day here and I've not had one!  I love 'em with lemon and sugar on.  So no Fat Tuesday for me.  I would have had a cream tea given the opportunity but alas it wasn't to be.

    Apparently it is also Sweden's Cake Day and this is what they have.  Looks like I need to get over to Sweden!  wink

    Blue, this looks absolutely yummy! It reminds me of German and Dutch sweets which are something like donuts filled with vanilla cream - and they look similarly to these. Btw, I heard Sweden is a really great country for gourmets - loads of delicious sweets and fantastic dishes to try out!

    There must be lots of delicious dishes to try out in Sweden (I have heard) but the best of the dishes are the men with their blue eyes, blonde hair and golden tans.......drool.
