The Donut-Stealing Urinator

OCTOBER 12--What kind of a person steals a donut from a car, proceeds to pull down her pants and urinate in a parking lot, and, when being questioned by cops, offers to perform a sex act on the officer for $80?

Meet Shantell Ishem.

The Oklahoma woman, 27, was nabbed early yesterday morning in connection with a bizarre incident outside a convenience store in Bartlesville, according to an amusing police affidavit.

After pinching the donut from a parked truck, Ishem allegedly relieved herself outside the OnCue convenience store. The vehicle’s owner, Jason Jones, “desired prosecution for the theft of his donut,” cops noted. Ditto store clerk Jeremy Binkley, who wanted Ishem, pictured in the mug shot at right, prosecuted for trespassing.

When apprised that she was under arrest for vehicle burglary, trespassing, and indecent exposure, Ishem “said she understood.” Ishem then noted that she was “sitting on (her) money maker,” and allegedly began propositioning Officer R.S. Detherow. She offered to perform a sex act on the cop for $80, and “became explicit and said that she would ‘speak into the microphone’ and other such metaphors for fellatio.”

Those metaphors are not further described in Detherow’s affidavit, which notes that Ishem was also charged with soliciting prostitution.

She is being held in lieu of $20,000 bond at the Washington County jail.

Me and some friends got really drunk, yes theres people out there that give beer to 14 yr olds.. sad sad sad.. it was my first time drinking..

Well walking around the neighborhood so stupidly drunk, being my age and around friends that mixture just does not seem to mix.. anyways.. there was a donut shop, in the donut shop worked a back then we called him nerdie guy, just picture a nerd and it was him.. walked in and we wanted donuts, donuts weren't ready, there was a few other people there as i remember waiting, standing there impatient, making a long story short.. i hopped over the counter, walked to the back and.. omg.. i..i.. im so ashamed.. i took a big wad of donut dough about double the size a basketball, i had to carry it with both arms.. in the process.. i really don't know how it happened, cuz it wasn't me made a mess of the donut shop, handed out a few donuts as i left.. me and my friends walked down the street, well a few moments after that, the police stopped us and here i was with this big wad of doughnut dough.. think fast viv!.. the police asked questions and explained there was a distrubance at the shop.. it got to me they asked.. whats that? i said.. Umm doughnut dough (cuz i can't tell a lie) it's doughnut dough sirs,.. what you doing with doughnut dough?.. i said.. some guys came running by and tossed it to me.. (not a good liar you see why?).. and.. so what are you going to do with it? i said.. i'm going to take it home and cook it.. they said.. put the doughnut dough down.. i said it's gonna get dirty   the police laughed at me, took my doughnut dough away, and put me in the a jail cell

i have no idea what got into me, well yes i do it was drinking as a teenager, without the proper responsible mind of an adult.. this is not something i'd EVER do, taking things and making disturbances in public places just isn't me, but i did..

but i'll be gosh darned if i EVER pee pee in a parking lot

I just figured it was because she didn't get the donut she wanted.

Or she's feeling a little self conscious that the police offer rejected the usage of her money maker and she didn't get to speak into the microphone.

OR it could be because she doesn't like her hair accessory and wants a new one...the world may never know.

Crack kills or at least you'll steal a donut ..pee in public and try to bribe the cops.LOL!!!!
