The loss of an ANGEL!

LOS ANGELES – Farrah Fawcett, the "Charlie's Angels" star whose feathered blond hair and dazzling smile made her one of the biggest sex symbols of the 1970s, died Thursday after battling cancer. She was 62.
The pop icon, who in the 1980s set aside the fantasy girl image to tackle serious roles, died shortly before 9:30 a.m. in a Santa Monica hospital. 

I actually cried when I saw that she had passed, I just recently saw "Farrah's Story" it was a documentary about her battle with cancer, it was wonderful.

I remember my older brother had "THE" poster of her on his wall, you know the one where she is wearing a red bathing suit, I think it was on every teenage boys wall!

I am sad that she passed, but I know she is in a much better place without pain.

sha was a true actor indeed. we should not forget about her "newer" aperances eaither, like: Doctor T and the women, her jumpins in spin city and ally mcbeal.

I was one of those boys who had the poster and was in love with Farrah! I think we all have had that crush on a "star" when we were young. Mine was always Farrah, even as an adult. For me she was a big link to my past and brought me many great memories of that great time.
The end of her life was very sad to see. I followed her story everyday and her name was the first thing i googled everyday to see how she was doing. When i heard the news that she and Ryan were to get married, i was really happy for both of them, and then this morning when i saw she had past, i was sick!! I have never been so emotional over the passing of a stranger before, but i guess for me, she was no stranger at all.

Rest in peace Farrah, you will be missed by MANY who loved you!

When I saw the news Farrah had passed, my stomach got a knot in it, and my throat developed that lump you get when your trying not to cry. I cried anyways, I didn't care who saw.  I wanted her so badly to beat this sickness.
     I grew up with three older sisters. We always played "Charlies Angles" in our back yard. We all would fight over who was going to be Farrah, as she was the coolest character from the show. My Sister always won as she had blond feathered hair at the time. Just like her idol...Farrah.
   
       It is never easy to lose someone we love and admire before their time.  God Bless Farrah, her family, and friends, in their time of loss. What a loss it is for any and all who loved her.
