Urban legends

I thought it would be great with Halloween just days away, to tell some of the stories we were told when we were growing up. I remember my grandmother would always tell us if we hear a knock on the door and we ask who is it but no one answers,to never open the door or say come in. We could be inviting in something evil or the dead. I was also told never to bring something home from a cemetery with us. Not even a flower from the grave  . I also made a video about a true event. I just watched/listened to your video.  Not bad!!  I'm so not into that stuff - it scares the crap out of me!  lol

The scariest movie I ever watched was Amityville Horror, and that was the last time I watched anything like that.  I'm a s, I admit it.

Creepy stuff there rena. I love horror and get so into watching scary movies not just around this time of year but all year long.

Creepy things happened there Rena; it's always interesting to listen to scary stories. Even though I'm not a big fan of horror I occasionally like to read a good horror story.

If you remember a few years back when i posted for the Halloween contest this was my story. I lived threw that nightmare. Taps was going to investigate but i moved. I think the creepiest thing was when my daughter said her father lived in the closet looked like a dinosaur with 1000 sores. She was just out of pampers. Then the nurse that came (i was really sick from my lupus) felt really uncomfortable there. She never came back. I did not share in my video that this happened to me i did it as if someone told me the story. Also i left some things out.

It was unfortunate that such horror happened to you. But I guess that was the reason the story was told very convincingly, and it's surely a good base for writing a book.

I know that thing about the graveyard, cemetery! My grandmother, even my father has always looked that nothing is taken home that is found there. Remeber one time my grandfater threw away money that was on the ground in the graveyard, saying- you can't know whose is it, maybe he's sleeping under the ground!

I have a  strong interest in the Paranormal phenomenon. There is a group of 6 six of us that go on ghost hunts on a regular basis. We have equipment to help us detect any paranormal activity. I am not particularly fond of dark entities, that is something i will avoid.

I have picked up voices through EVP (electronic voice phenomenon) that can't be heard at our ears decibel but can be picked up by a recording. While going on one of our excursions a ghost attached to one of the guys in our group and is at his house! We had two separate mediums ck it out independently and ironically they both came up with the same conclusion as to who this ghost was describing him the same way.

When the second medium came to the house we told her the strongest energy is in the bedroom so we all went in there. The medium then said she felt a strong presence and with that one of her earrings flew out of her ear, something we all witnessed! The medium felt the hard tug and her ear was all red. It took her a minute to regroup before she could continue.

I've seen dark shadows, orbs and have had strange things happen in my house. I am certain it is loved ones that have passed and it doesn't bother me.

I really do believe you were protected by a loved one Rena. Children are so much more receptive than we are that is for sure!  This is one of the houses you should consider reporting to a paranormal investigation team.

If the talk is going about spirits, than i can say i have been strangled by incubus!!! The most awfull and terryfing thing that has ever happened to me!! You are sleeping and you feel like geting choked, you wake up and you can feel, that something is sitting on your chest and it's choking you

You can earn some money with this. I agree, it is pretty scary, espeacilly for those who don't like horrors.

Yeah ,I suppose in every nations tradition there are some legends.I am a little bit scared of some legends...I mean I dont trust in it,but I would rather do something which does not confronts the legend

Rena,hello sweet lady!!! I love the story and without a doubt...I believe it all.I started having experiences when I was 4 and still have them.
Lips,hello to you too lady!! I love the fact that you go on ghost hunts,I would love to do that.
I think our loved ones that have passed come to visit and do protect us and yes children are much more perceptive because they havent been taught NOT to believe yet.

I am right with ya rosebud.......also kids are the closest to the other side and their minds are open and not clouded. The ghost hunts have been great fun. There has definitely been some moments but at the end of the day it validates there is something beyond this life and if you have ever lost anyone dear to you it brings comfort!
