  • So I don't know if this is even the right place to post this or not, but I just be confused and trying to understand. To clarify a few things, I do understand that promotional emails go out to pretty much everybody. But some of these emails seem tailored when they say stuff like " because of your activity" or "to show our appreciation".. and then the codes still don't work so then I get in the chat and ask why and the response I get is the very detailed " unfortunately there is nothing available for your acct". First off being a gamer, that is just like taking a dog to a park and tieing him there to watch the other dogs play  with out any explanation 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 like whyyyyyy do they that!!!

     

    Again I had screenshots but this website don't like my screenshots or something. Still just kicks me out when u try to upload it. 

  • yeah that can be super annoying . and actually its not that hard to tailor promos.  Re screenshots max image size is 2MB 

  • I get those codes that don't work a lot. I try the code then what do u know it doesn't work. I believe it is just a ploy to get you to deposit. I have slowed down to 1 time every now and then because of the changes my fav. casinos made with max withdraw being 50 bucks. It is not worth it. It is okay to vent my friend good luck to u and enjoy your day. 

  • Yeah, I’ve had the same experience — sometimes the codes don’t work, but I’ve also gotten a few that did. I feel like their main goal is just to get us on the site, and once we’re there, they want us to make a deposit if we don’t have a working code. At the end of the day, it seems more like a marketing tactic than an actual way of caring about us or giving us something for free.

  • I can see how that might feel disappointing, and venting in situations like this is completely normal and understandable. It looks like they’re sending out the same promos to everyone, so it probably isn’t personal.

     
  • I feel you on this! It’s like they’re trying to tempt you in with those shiny promo codes, but then it’s all 'haha, just kidding' when they don’t work. It’s almost like a game in itself - trying to figure out if the code will actually do anything or if it’s just a digital carrot on a stick! 🤷‍♀️
