VIDEO Animals rescuing other animals

I have found a few videos showing animals saving other animals, but I won't post them all at once

Episode 1: Buffalo vs Crocodile

A baby buffalo is captured first by a pride of lions, then attacked by a pair of crocodiles. But the mama buffalo and her herd won't stand for it, and they charge in and save the baby.

By the sounds of it, that video makes me a bit nervous to watch. I'll take your word for it. Animals are amazing and sometimes they are underestimated.

Both videos are fascinating. It's interesting to see what's happening when only instincts lead you. Another great example of how humans could actually learn something from animals.

Episode 4: Baby pig rescues baby goat

A baby goat goes in too deep and begins bleating for help. After a moment, a baby pig swims in, pushing the little baby goat to shore.

Episode 5: Hippo vs Crocodile, featuring Impala

This one doesn't have a happy ending but it's still worth watching. An impala is attacked by a crocodile and badly injured. A hippo comes along and, for some reason, scares the crocodile off. The hippo brings the poor impala to shore and begins what looks like an attempt to resuscitate the poor creature. Unfortunately the attempt fails.

Incredible and so sad.  I'm amazed that the hippo can be so gentle.  The impala probably died of shock. 

Great find. The impala seemed to be afraid of the hippo as well. it must have expected to be killed by the hippo.

I think he would have been toast without the female lion stepping in.  Another great find Johnny.

:O Male lions do have a very bad temper among the wild animals. No wonder that the video is age-restricted. Phew... lucky guy.
