    I live in Minnesota.  My dad checks in every day via text to let me know he's okay. smiley  

    HE sent me a text about a triple murder 15 minutes from my home.  The killer was (and still is) on the loose.  

    There was a lockdown at one of my kids school.

    One of my kids wanted to shoot hoops in the driveway after school.  Um...sorry, no.

    When I drove to pick up one of my kids from basketball practice at 9:30pm, it was kind of freaky knowing this person could be lurking anywhere.

    The suspect is a black male in his 20's driving away on his BMX bike.

    Phewwwww that is frightening worry for sure. You have to wonder if he is a serial killer or was this a vendetta of some kind. I hope they nail his arse soon and glad you, dad and family are safe.

    The news came on this afernoon and they were talking about a murder, of course I assumed it was the same one, but, nope, a man killed his girlfriend. Same city.

    I was going to post and ask you if he had been caught... long gone, hmmm... how long gone can he be gone on his BMX bicycle?  :`o Be careful!

    The violence seems to be getting much worse everywhere... I was watching the news last night... big story about a local jewel robbery, the 3 perpetrators were caught quickly and promptly sent to jail... only to be released due to overcrowding at the jail the very same day! Wonder if they have room to hang onto murderers and rapists for more than a day???
