    Do NOT mix

    Microwave for 1 minute

Stir until mixed well then add 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix.

    Refridgerate for 2 hours

    Peanut Butter Fudge

    In a microwave bowl put:

1 pound bag of powered sugar
    1 sticks of margerine
    2 tablespoons of vanilla

    Do NOT mix

    Microwave for 2 minutes

Stir until well mixed then add 1/4 cup peanut butter and mix well

Put in fridge until set (approximately 2 hours)

  • thats suppose 1 minute on peanut butter recipe...sorry

  • I tried my best to bake my first cupcakes this weekend - and they turned out great! I just used Dr Oetker's mix for muffins, baked one set of vanilla cupcakes, filled them with strawberry jam and topped with strawberry cream, and then I baked the other set with chocolate chips, and filled them with vanilla cream. They were yummylicious! smiley

Btw, thanks for the fudge recipe, that one's next on my to-make list!  8'|

  • I make a ton of cookies for Christmas and pass them out to good friends. One of my favorite is the blackberry thumb print cookies. They are so buttery good.

I will have to dig out the recipe and share it.

Your cupcakes sound awesome cat and the fudge yummmmm shirl!

  • Here is the recipe for the Black Raspberry Thumb print cookies.....

    Black Raspberry Butter Cookies

    1 lb of butter softened

    1 lb of flour (4C)
    2 1 egg yolk
    3 1 C sugar
    4 Fine chopped pecans
5 Blackberry raspberry jam or blackberry jam

Cream butter and sugar well, add beaten egg yolk, sifted flour gradually and knead thoroughly.

Roll teaspoon of dough in a ball. Roll in chopped nuts on wax paper. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and imprint with thumb in center of cookies.

Bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours and remove cookies and turn off oven. Fill center with heated jam and place back in oven over night.

I make a lot of cookies at Christmas and this is always the biggest hit!
