  • Hey all,

Can you name one movie as your all time favourite?

    If so, what is yours?

    Mine is Willow (1998)

    In saying that,

My condolences to Warwick Davis for the loss of his wife, Samantha Davis.

  • The Fifth Element (1997) - I think I can watch it all over again whistle
  • I'll have to watch that one. Heard the name but know nothing about it.

Hopefully I love it as much as you do 😊

  • Was hoping for more people to share their favorite movies. I would love to hear suggestions lol but only one response.

  • I can't choose a favorite movie, there are so many really good ones. You can't go wrong with big names like Scorsese, Nolan, etc. Maybe Shutter Island, Interstellar...

  • One of my all-time favorite movies is "The Shawshank Redemption." It's a timeless tale of hope, friendship, and resilience set against the backdrop of a prison. The characters are richly developed, and the story is incredibly moving. It's a film that stays with you long after the credits roll.

  • Shutter Island definitely. The plot twists, psychological depth, and Leonardo DiCaprio's performance just blew me away!

  • Gladiator holds the top spot as my favorite movie of all time. I've seen it multiple times, and I'd happily watch it again!

  • Thank you 😊 I have to agree with you on that one. Watched it a couple of times but may have to check it out again 😊

  • I just re read your post and realised I have seen that movie and it was so great! Definitely feel that's one I could rewatch again 😁

  • Blade 1 and 2 . I rewatch that movie so much and even went to the theatre to see it 9 times when it first came out. (My age is showing lol study . )

  • Lol yeah mid 30s right? 😊 Great movies for sure

  • The Shawshank Redemption A movie full of value, impressive, profound, touching on the nature of human survival. 100/100 broadcast actor The role of the author is beautiful. "Live life to the fullest. Or die.” You have 86,400 seconds each day. And you choose what you do with that time. You are the one who chooses to continue living your life in a way that is sufficient for you."--

  • I have heard that title so many times throughout my life but never forgotten around to watching it. I'm sure my husband would watch that one with me too :) thank you

  • My husband and I have been watching horrors and some ate so bad lol. Anyone else find they aren't making them the same anymore?

  • Leon the profesional ( 1994). it was my first movie ever on dvd player, back in days when you can rent the movie from store :D

I am a horror movie buff and yes the newer movies most are not good.

  • the legend 1981 with tom cruise

  • Can't decide, but in the top 3: "The Shawshank Redemption", "The Invisible quest", "The hidden face".

  • Best movie of all time would have to be "A long kiss goodnight"

It's seriously my all time favorite 😍

If you haven't seen it, you need too!!

  • Twin Peaks:Fire Walk with Me

It is psychological horror film by David Lynch 💋

  • Mackenna's Gold 1969 which is also my date of birth. The acting of Gregory Peck and Umar Sharif was extraordinary. I saw this movie above 10 times.

  • I like Eurotrip, The Hangover (only 2 parts) and Forrest Gump

  • My favorite movie is Inception. I big fan of science fiction.

  • In Bruges :)

  • def inception

  • Tough question — I think my all-time favorite would have to be The Shawshank Redemption. It’s one of those movies I can rewatch anytime and still get pulled in by the story, the music, and that feeling of hope at the end. I also really liked Willow growing up — it had that classic fantasy vibe that movies today rarely capture.

I hadn’t heard about Warwick Davis’s loss until now, and that’s truly sad news. He always brought so much heart to every role.If anyone’s looking to rewatch classics like these or explore similar films, sites like  https://0123movie.net/
can be useful for checking where certain titles are available to stream. It’s handy for finding older movies that aren’t always listed on the big platforms.

  • If I could recommend just one movie to everyone, it would be Le Fabuleux Destin d’Amélie Poulain. Every scene feels magical, and Amélie’s charm is unforgettable! ✨✨

  • Goonies for the win!!!

  • If i had to watch 1 on a loop, over and over again until the end of time....thats a tough choice, but i would have to go with "Oh' Brother, Where art Thou."  I think it is just a great flick. Everything from the production, music, acting, amazing writing, and direction just really holds something special over me. Don't know how many times i have seen it, but it never gets old. A lot of people do not realize that it is based on Homers "Odyssey."  Nolan is set to do a more accurate version of it this year. Should be amazing in imax.

  • Mine favorite movie has to be The Truman Show.

  • Original Deutsch Translation English

Mein absuter lieblingsfilm bzw. Reihe ist der "herr der ringe".

Episch, unterhaltsam, fantasievoll und spannend bis zum Ende.

My absolute favorite movie or series is "The Lord of the Rings".

Epic, entertaining, imaginative and exciting until the very end.

  • My favourite is Eden heart
