    I always thought about if i had been the maker of certain products what would i have named them, here is just a sample list of some products and appliances/electronics we use everyday if you could change the name, what would you call it?

    Television

    Cellphone

    Radio

    Computer

    Raincoat

    Envelope

    Alarm Clock

    Microwave

    Stove

    Refrigerator

    Fan

    Recliner

    DVD Player

    Remote Control

    Slot Machines

    The list you can add your own, and also if you have an idea for something, what would you call it?

    Cellphone=crashbangboomer

    Radio=irritating appliance

    Raincoat=slicker

    Envelope=What's that???

    Alarm Clock=dream killer

    Microwave=Food toughner

    Stove= hand cooker (OUCH!!)

    Refrigerator=old food keeper

    Fan=paper flinger

    Recliner= happy chair

    genenco has an interesting name for computer "civility killer" are you meaning alot of poeple with computers don't socialize in person? I know me having my PC i really don't like or have to go anywhere anymore no need.. can do everything from home now.


    Well.. i would rename Coffee to Mmmmmm, its what i say every time i sip it!

    I always called my cellphone "puppy" so i'd rename it to that

    Oh, no I call it that for the reason I have seen people online say things they'd NEVER say to another. That's why I dislike places where you can post anonymously. I like it for when I am researching a purchases, but as for human interaction, it's useless.

    I like to see their face, their smile, frown or puzzlement. The interaction with another is better that way.

    Coffee=Perkies?? grin Interesting brand name hey??

    Cell phone=Now what? grin  (I called it crashbangboom for people talking while driving) The "Now what" is because I am getting more calls from collectors grin
