    I pulled my achillis heel clear off the bone at work. Oh boy did that hurt! The doctor had to operate on it and cut me clear from the  back of my knee and get a muscle and pull it down to my heel and tie it to my heel bone. That happened March 11, 2022. I'm still getting over that, but the doctor said i will have problems all my life. I have these terrible muscles bunching in the back of my leg. It feels like a ball pushing inside my leg. It hurts like crazy for about 5 long  minutes. Has anyone else had their achillis heel torn? You know how it feels. Thank you

    I can only imagine the pain, it must have been horrifying. I used to have slight pain in the Achilles tendons of both legs while running but that seems to have disappeared once my leg muscles got stronger with training. 

    I hope you will recover soon enough, don't give up hope!

    Oh no, i hope you feel better soon. It sounds very painful  and i could not imagine.
