Why dont we just Cash Out??

Your playing at your favorite casino. You've managed to turn a mere deposit of $25 into $400 but you just keep playing. For some reason you dont think to hard on cashing out. You know you should, yet, you just keep on playing. Eventually it is gone. Before you know it, your balance is zero. You feel sick inside. "Why didn't I just cash out?" you ask yourself.  Sound familar? I know it does to me. What makes us do this time and time again? Is it Greed? Feeling Lucky? Pride? Even envy as we watch others win?  I know I need to learn how to be more successful at cashing out. Anyone else feel this way?                            All In Fun..PMM2008       

Blue: I posted this as I hear from so many that we just dont know when to cash out. I hear from so many that we should of cashed out. I myself have a problem cashing out, and I agree completely with what Tony Trader said, but again, we need to have the disapline to not reverse that withdrawl.  I also struggle with that at times.  I posted this as I thought it would be a good post to get responses.    PMM2008

it's greed bro,  I went to a land based casino yesterday with a $25 free play in slots.  I won up to $100, I started get up and walk out.  Then, on the way out, I stop at one of the game I like before, I told myself, just play for $20 and bring back $80 in case if I lose all the $20.  Next thing, I found out, I keep on playing and lost all the $100.  Ok, now I don't want to come to a casino and go home for nothing, either I win something or lose all.  So I walked to the ATM and withdraw money out, $200 then lost all, another $200 lost again but playing BJ.  withdraw another $200, and walked out of the casino empty handed, empty pocket.....

got home, deposited to online casino, continue to lose,...luckily won back a little at Goldvegas casino.


two weeks ago, that happened to me at 7spins, won 1600, did not withdraw and eventually, lost all.  So remember, "quick while you are ahead", lol, I know it's hard.

I HAVE DECIDED THAT WHEN I THINK I SHOULD CASH OUT, I AM GOING TO GO TO THE CHAT ROOM FOR SUPPORT, HOPEFULLY WHOEVER IS THERE WILL REMIND ME OF THIS POST!!!!!  GREAT POST PAM!!

Perhaps we could start a list of reasons to cash out.
    My first suggestion would be to make a realistic goal of what you hope to win. But I know a realistic goal will be different for all people. Perhaps if you double or triple your winnings it would be fair to say you should cash out. (i.e. $50 turns into $150)

Flush your withdrawal and then there is No Chance of reversing it! The minute you have CS flush it, it is gone out of the cue and nonreversible! That is what I do and my money is usually in my account the next day! From there I go right into my quicktender account and take at least half of it and transfer it back to my bank account! I keep some to play with and then still have something to show for it! I always make sure that no matter what I return at least what I took out of my bank account to deposit with. Yes it does take discipline but after you do that a few times it becomes a habit and you don't even think about it because it becomes part of a routine! A good routine if you ask me! Once you at least double your money you should cash out and if you make a big hit you really need to cash out your profit! There is no way that a machine is going to pay you again after a big hit! It is highly unlikely that you are going to continue to take their money for the long haul so it is smart to get out when the getting is good!

DUDE......the casino gods were giving you once more chance!!!! You should have cashed out when they shined on you one more time! I know that you probably thought that you were finally on a roll and that the winning was going to continue. In my experience it never happens! They just start sucking your money slowly until they have gotten it all back! Oh the wicked web they weave!

Last night I deposited $25.  turned it into $2200. went to make a withdrawal, then I said...oh, I'll just play a couple hands of Baccarat..it went up, it went downnnnnnnnn
to $500.  Then I finally withdrew it, and Flushed it Quick before it was all gone. 

With me, its not greed...I just can't stop playing till I fall asleep.  ::)
