Hi Members,
We all dream of what our lives would be if we won the lottery. I don't think there is a person who has not wondered just what they would do if they won millions. I know for myself....my thoughts drift off to a tropical paradise. Sipping drinks from fresh coconuts on a beach where my only concern is when the server will be back to refill my cocktail, thats my dream!
For others it maybe a mansion or fancy cars. Some say they would quit work, while others want to start their own business. There are some who say their lives wouldn't change at all.
Coming into windfall of wealth will certainly change your life. But with that change can come consequences. People who have won the lotto, wish they never had. They crave just to have their old life back. Stories of families destroyed, new found addictions and unhappiness follow them.
In reality your life is never the same. A new world opens...and you can never turn back. It's life altering and it can be a blessing or it can be a curse.
Maybe the risk isnt worth taking...maybe the simple life isnt so bad after all. What do you think?

No one wants to admit this, and everyone thinks they are THE exception, but...there is ample research and data that people who win the big lottos end up having their lives ruined; meaning, loss of family and friends, divorces, and high increase in destructive behaviors. Again, the evidence is pretty undeniable. The only exceptions tend to be people who are 1. financially well off to begin with, and 2. people who gave the majority of it away. But.....I suspect all Online Casino Forum members would be exceptions, right?

OK, I gotta ask......did you just watch that lottery special on TV??? I was watching something similar to what your saying a few weeks ago and it had several stories of people who won the lottery and what happened to their lives afterward, and of all the people that were on there only one couple had a happy ending, which was a younger woman who wanted to split the money with her boyfriend, but was gonna be taxed almost 50 million to give him the cash, so instead they got married, bought a ranch and are currently happy!!

whooops, i forgot to leave my reply.........I honestly don't think winning the lottery would change me at all.....yes i'm one of those people who says nothing will change them...........but to be honest, i only say that because i wouldn't be rich for long, i'd make sure each of my parents had a nice house bought and paid for and enough money to live out the rest of their lives comfortably, and i'd also do the same for my brothers.....oh yeah and go ahead and include a brand spankin new car for all of them.{i will leave all of them responsible for the yearly taxes} And of course I will have my dream house built which wouldn't be anything extravagant because for 1 I hate large houses with to much room and nothing or no one to fill it, and 2 like I said i'll be broke soon so i'm gonna have to be able to pay taxes on my house.... i'd also buy me and my man new vehicles..lucky for me my dream car is only 35,000-45,000,then I'd put a huge chunk away for my daughter........................am I broke yet???

I was 8 yrs old when I won the lottery - good ol' Wintario ticket - hit 5 out of 6 numbers plus the bonus symbol. Mom bought ticket for herself and bought one for me and I got to pick it =)
and now...32 yrs later...here I am everyday spending almost 12 hrs or more either playing online at a casino or poker site...and/or hanging out in the forums.
curse or blessing? hahahaha.... -

If I won big on the lottery (hahahaha) NOT LIKELY! If it was one of those really big ones all my family, friends, kids school would make out too. I would make sure kids college funds were set, house paid off and remodeled, new efficient cars (no sports cars or SUVs),some in savings and everyone close to me would have some.
Think about it, if you didnt have a mortgage, car payment, or loans and if you kept working how much money you would have as extra.
I wouldnt be able to keep it all to myself! -

Damn Soda... 8 years old and win the lottery, how great must that be?!?

My parents did the smart thing and only gave me $100 to buy whatever I wanted. Meanwhile investing the rest of the funds in Canadian savings bonds which I didn't even get to see or knew about until I graduated from high school. Allowing them to mature for over 8 yrs before handing them over to me. What a pleasant surprise on grad day! -

Well..Wow, win the lottery...Nice and yeah, read (You can do a search of lottery winners..Uhhh..Not good outcomes) about terrible results about families doing nasty things to get a hold of the cash.
In my case..Umm..I'd say if it was right now I "might" share with family...In a couple of months. Not a chance...Yeah, got my reasons..
Anyway, some smart p shrinks have got it down that we (Humans) like to be "Liked" and hate the bad side and so..We tend to be "generous" but sooner or later, the well dries up.
It's recommended that you have a PO box for your mail (helpful even today) and so when you win that's the addy you use.>Much safer then your home addy. -

If I win millions of euros I would move to Jamaica, house in the beach would be nice and glass of rum in my hand when listening Bob Marley 🥃

Also would nice to give money to people who need, some charity.
It would be blessing for sure.So that would be pretty nice I think😄
In mean while I enjoy of winter but always can take that glass of rum and while listening Marley🌞
