Yay or Nay ?

I see it as they finally realized that no matter what the average person has to do to gamble, they'll do it and take the plunge.

If they legalize it, then they can collect taxes that they might miss out on, but this gives all of us the absolute choice to risk our cash or not.

Heck, I win a million, I'm still going to have enough left over to fund a nice retirement nest egg.

Oh definately it should be lifted. I firmly believe the only reason they haven't legalized it completely yet is because they haven't found a way to tax it ( just like marijuana)...As soon as they get their sh*t together & figure out how they can tax us, it's ONNNNNNNNNNNN!

Its gonna be hard, especially if it is a way they are controlling us, beleiving that we get addicted to gambling, using cc's and debits to fund the gambling, and then not pay our cc bills because we lost all our money gambling, making the deficiet higher.
"Cash" is more personal then a "debit" or "credit card"
Then another is if lifted and they do tax, where do they place the tax and who gets it? ITS OUR MONEY from the beginning.
But its still an invasion, we don't control how much they spend on hotel rooms, entertainment, food and whatever else while they are here in vegas debating the issues of internet gambling...

They want to tax it.. TAX it.. but let us make our own personal choice to gamble, or do what we want with our money.

Why heck yeah,it seems to me to be a... go green, tree hugging, fuel saving, global warming, planet saving good idea...if the millions of people that drive to a landed based casino (wasting fuel and polluting the air) stayed home we could save the reputations of the Al Goreian, tax payer paid,fear preaching "scientist"! I vote yes to legal online gambling
