This all started last weekend when the had a promo where you deposit $25 and you get $50 + another $50 upon completion. well the $50 just kept coming and coming i never made the playthrough but once, and i kept getting free $50's every 5 min. for a day & 1/2, so that how i got all the comp points. I think there relized the did an error somehow and thats probably why they took my comps. I sent an e-mail to support requesting proof that i have multiple accounts, no one has replied yet.

Yeah then, if it was an error on their part like that, you should not be penalized. Wow...I would've been so excited if I kept getting free $50 every 5 minutes!!!! But pissed if they held back my winnings b/c of their error. I hope you get it cleared up. Keep us posted!

satan...when you have the BALANCE of credits up that high, that does not mean you WAGERED them.  only means you WON them.

if you have your balance up to 1200, now is a time to work on the playthrough...start betting in higher denominations.  now is the time to bet high, and the playthrough will go down very quick.  just do the math.
if you have a 2000 playthrough, that means you only need to bet max bet
20 lines x 10 = $20. a bet x 200 times.  adjust it depending on how much money you have, and how you are winning/losing.
this method work very well to get playthough down.
this is why i said slow and low in the beginning...get a good size number to work with, then bet large..easy peezy..cash-out


I know that Nal....I was just stating that with all that money I still wasn't even able to get $3000 worth of play from it!!!  I don't see how, since it went back and forth a few times,maybe I need to stated counting my wagers myself because I woulda sworn I made the playthrough...I was betting $10 a spin for over 2 hours!!!

that's why i said to do the math..if you want to get it done FAST..bet 20. a hand...at this rate, you only need 150 spins.

you can click on the stats on your playing options to see just how long you take to play...and it will show you how long it will take to make 150 spins in an hour.  Just trying to help.  Sometimes getting thru the playthrough is tough, so any hints may help get you there faster.

In order to build up 246,746 worth of comp points, do you know how much you have to wager?? Hundreds of thousands.  Must have had at least 100 $50 free chips to get there.

I only get dead spin after dead spin..until the balance is ZERO.

it doesnt matter...if you are doing it just to meet playthrough requirements,
and only need so many spins...do what you have to do, then go back to my slow and low technique and build it back up to a reasonable cashout.

or if  its a free-chip..you should already be there..cash-out 

I did deposit there just because I felt so guilty getting all of the bonuses.  I'm sure they're banking on that.  My guess is that if they didn't get some deposits throughout their campaign they might not consider another Countdown.

yeah, i flew through my playthrough, and had it up to 825...going for 1000, but you know how that works

I like this casino, love the promo "buy $25 get $50", I was able to cash out from this as well.  The only thing I dont like is their payout, its really slow compared to other rival casinos.  It takes 3-5 business days to process and then another 3-5 business days for you to receive the payout.

It also depends on the support person you get. Some can be very nice and simply give away free chips no questions asked othersd its like pulling teeth. I would try again Susie...remember it dosn't cost anything to ask. 

Got an email- $7 free sample chip. Logged in, it wasn't there. Contacted support- they put it in there. 

Same here had to ask support to get the free 7$ chip, but i think its only for those that recived the email

Sucky Thomas. It never said anything in my email about being eastern time. Dendera is forever off my list.

I also emailed them, mentioning they'd always put it into theaccount. That this was odd and a bit strange for them to do this. Their response was "The offer has expired" That's it, no other explaination. Just very snippish I'd say.

Oh well, I have others which I prefer.
