it does seem that some rivals are rivaling lol  weird ways they r handlin free chips  i dont remember having to contact support for free chips b4  it was either in your cashier list or you were SOL.

after i read about the $7 i went to their site and i did not have it either. contacted support and got the $7 when they were done no prob.

Dendera Casino did not give  me the 7.00 they said it was only for one day the 26th. sorry.

And I have deposited there within the last month..well a month and a day lol

lol  I used to work in a call center, I also did live chat and e-mail support at that particular company.. either they had to ask someone how to answer(new or something), or were just taking a break(been there  a while and feel that people should wait, especally if they are going to give them what they want).  I am not sure how long the delay was because I started doing something else but it was longer than 5 mins.

No one does anything, it just happens. It's not cashable, tho', so you're chip chasing. And they fix it quick when someone brags or advertises it.

It looks like a whole lot of fun but the truth is it's...well, if not wrong then a true irritant to depositors. If anyone manages to both claim & cash it, then good on you. It'll just result in no more goodies for the rest of us, especially those who depo I guess.

Well I got this chip like 15 times today. The last time that I claimed it I hit a $320 bonus win on Pigskin Payout from a .40 spin. Ending up making the playthrough and cashed out the max ($343). I deposited in the past and they have my docs so I guess I'll just wait and hope that it goes through. I'd be surprised if it does though.

After I finished the withdrawal there was another free $7 chip  .

Deposit with an ewallet if you can. Then you'll be able to withdraw with the ewallet and you will get paid faster.

I only deposited with debit cards before so I had to withdraw by echeck. Last time I did that at Dendera it took almost 3 weeks.

So...out of morbid curiosity I visited Dendera tonight & had a rather terse chat with live support. I explained I'm a depositor & I, like other depositors, have received no ND chips in some time including this 10$ chip but non-depo'ers ARE receiving it & others.

I spoke with "Susan" & her reply was that my account isn't "elligible for this offer at this time." I have the whole chat if anyone wants to bore themselves with it.
I also inquired as to why I have no depo bonuses except for 1 for table games & 1 for reversal & was again told, "That is the only bonus offered your account at this time."

So...reckon all my whining about cutting off the CC depo's is now going to be devout thanks...after all, I didn't waste those funds with a site that's...well, not even as good as my local (stingy) land-based casino. So I'm off to collect on the $25 my casino wants to give me & that'll save me cab fare home (I do like my refreshing cold beverage!).

  I, like RubyBlue, had a chat with Dendera support last about exactly the same thing. I have made several deposits , no withdrawals, one reversal , and have not received a free chip in forever and my promos were ridiculous. A 25% reversal ? 60% on table games? That is it....and when I asked about it they asked me what kind of bonus I wanted, I said anything rather than what is in the promotions....again was asked what kind of bonus I wanted. I stated at least a 100% bonus and then he came back and said he would turn the request in for the 100% bonus and also ck. into a free chip....okay...that was yesterday evening around 5:00pm eastern time...as still no promo or chip.....
  I have really been frustrated with the rivals , especially Royal Apollo, in which I loved to play until I won, withdrew and lost all my promotion privilages....now other rivals are stating there is a security flag attached to my rival account....this really makes me mad. I have never abused chips, deposited faithfully and very seldom withdrew.... now Grand 21 is an exception...they are awesome and I have made a few withdrawals and still get excellent customer support, free chips and great promos...

Is anyone having any problems at all with bonus' freezing.. I was playing Bowled Over and everytime I get to the point of rolling a spare the game hangs up .. I close and go back and it takes me back to the bonus again and does the same thing! I rebooted, cleared catch etc.. nothing helps!

Ugh NM went back to help for the third time and after being given insturction to clear catch, reboot, etc, etc, etc and working with it for hours even redownloading and reinstalling they finally tell me that particular game is having technical difficulties..I knew it had to be that game.. its a new game.. maybe that is why they let us play for free so we can find the bugs for them?
