Where did you put the code?

Try to put the code the coupon number field.
The coupon number field is in my account/deposit/coupon stratchcard menu.

I tried to enter the code in both spots in the cashier and it didn't work. Emailed her back and waiting for a response now.

I got the responce now....no wonder the code didnt work. It would have been nice to know from the very start that we needed to deposit first

yes maybe, like YOUSPADES  casino did...........after they found out that people were winning from the 235$ nd....

I replied to the email I recieved from Kayleigh and told her the code didn't work. She just sent me a new one and it worked without a deposit.

I've emaild her like a half dozen times..only one response, and that was to request the code..which email did, lol

Im fed up with Almighty.........waste of time. Im not going to mail again and ask why the do give other codes without having to deposit.................AND FOR SURE not going to deposit my own money with this casino and the sloooow responce.

Im done with the Almighty Casino. I do hate this kind of promotions which does not work and so complicated, emails-codes etc. The can keep their money 

A week after my email request, I finally got a reply containing a £50 bonus code. Went to the 'Vouchers/Coupons' section of the cashier and tried inputting it in just the 'Bonus Code' field but got an error message, so also added it to the 'Coupon Number' area (ensuring I accepted the T&Cs below) and this time it worked with no problems - and no deposit. My account currently shows a £50 balance and £3700 WR, so all that's left to do now is play...

PS: Since each code appears to be unique, I would recommend not publicly posting one in full unless it has already been successfully redeemed.
