Yes that is also RTg.

It's been 5 days since I put in my withdrawl request, and so far so good. They have not locked me out of my account. However they have not approved my request either. How long does it take before some people have been locked out? How about if anyone has ever been approved?

If you read the "T & C" they almost all state that no multiple free chips in a row are allowed.

I've cashed out several times at Cool Cat - some were decent amounts.  It takes a couple of weeks but be patient - you will get it.

I tried to use a no deposit bonus at Wild Vegas but they said that since I had used a N/D chip at Cool Cat a while back I couldn't use another N/D bonus at any of the casinos in their group until I make a deposit.  How many casinos are there in the Cool Cat Group and can I get a list of them?

I might have missed one.  You will notice that when you go to chat you will get the same person that you just spoke to at Virtual or one of the other casinos. Like when Danny was Manager (not there anymore) would come on chat at Virtual you would log on to play Coolcat and Danny would come onto chat as well.  They are all linked.
