It's not a real casino to me, every online casino must have a license. I wouldn't bother playing there if I were you. Without a legit license, they can do whatever they pleased.

        I understand but you can choose to play only with the free money and if you win even better,in this way proof of payment can be tested and you can speak with the other players because as I stated there is a chat window ,maybe there is someone who managed to withdraw funds.

You are free to try it but be warned, there are other similar websites out there offering free bitcoin and large majority of players did not got paid.

License first and after that it can be considered playing at ... that counts for me ... avoiding dissapointments at all costs

Be careful, this casino doesn't have the license. 

Just as a heads up, I've made several successful withdrawals from this site, including one off a some free bitcoin a few days ago.  They have been around for a while and are anonymous with regards to their user policies.  Their bankroll is crowd funded too, but I didnt look into the license issue, since as long as they pay out, that is good enough for me.
