)Vielen Dank für deinen Erfahrungsbericht und den damit verbundenen Hinweis auf die ungewöhnlichen Bonusbedingungen. Gibt es vielleicht die Möglichkeit, dass der Support dein Bonusguthaben löscht, damit du zumindest mit deiner Einzahlung machen kannst, was du willst?
Ansonsten, so altbacken das auch klingt, ist es ein weiterer Beleg dafür, dass man immer die Bonus- bzw Geschäftsbedingungen genau lesen sollte, bevor man in einem Casino beginnt um echtes Geld zu spielen, damit es nicht zu so einem bösen Erwachen kommt.

)Thank you for your experience report and the associated reference to the unusual bonus conditions. Is there perhaps an option for support to delete your bonus balance so that you can at least do what you want with your deposit?
