You know it is strange that Denmark is specifically listed (in the terms and conditions as stated above in this thread) as an allowed country to receive the bonus; because when I went to sign up Denmark was not on the drop down menus of countries to select when registering. 

In other words you cannot by default register with this casino from Denmark.
