I'm gonna put this down to being a UK user, I bet they aren't supposed to accept UK players.

Most likely casino in shock, imagine how many people registered to claim this offer. Also there is  a chance they think what to do - give so many NDB's and without max wd can cause serious losses for them. I will not be surpised that max wd will be applied or probably they update countries and will not award NDB for some players. Will see, but it all looks strange.
