    You will always be able to redeem the bonus but you would have needed to sign up through LCB originally to cash out.

    Hi smiley,

    Download the casino, go to the cashier, and click on the redeem coupon, and put in the code.

    If you should need further information, write back.

    (I tried to download that code at a couple of the casinoe's, and they told me it had already been redeemed, but it wasn't, I even went back into my history, and it was never redeemed, I don't know if this is what is happening to you are not).
