Did  something like that at Thebes. They gave me $25. I put 2 more $25's and I think it was on insurance for both I had 5 quarters in. Hit the deuces twice. This makes no sense to me what so ever, I have never deposited at any of these casinos and I got the spins no problems.... There have been times when I couldnt redeem a bonus and I get the same answer as many of you are getting now. They really need to stick to a consistent story, you know what I mean?

Just found out that live help is saying now there was a glitch in the system as to why some are getting the spins. Hmmmmm wonder if this is the truth or not.
