I have played at Lucky Legends Casino and it appeared to be a good place to play. I did not have an opportunity to request a withdrawal so I can't speak to that. It is part of the Enclave system that hosts many legitimate casinos so I assumed that Lucky Legends would be as well. It appears that was a false assumption. You would think that Enclave would care enough about their reputation to vet the business it lends its name to. Considering Enclave has no customer support of any kind and no listed way to contact them, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I am glad LCB has our collective backs.

Lucky Legends have good design but isnt open for czech republic. 

I have played at Lucky Legends casino for 4 months now. I have deposited about 6 times of modest amounts, $50 or less.  I have successfully cashed out twice, $200 and $150. The chat support is available, slow to connect with long wait times but very kind and helpful once the chat session is established. Payout speed is fastest with method, Coindraw. Initially the verification process was simple, a verification deposit and nothing more for US players. From request to funds available in bitcoin wallet took about 3 days. The approval phase was more burdensome during my last withdrawal, with requests for my identification documents via email instead of a third party verification processor such as Hooyu. I silently protested chat agents' instructions to email Lucky Legends Documents Department scans of my ID and personally identifiable information. Instead I emailed the department my bitcoin wallet address, name, dob, login ID, city state and country, amount requested to withdrawal followed by a gracious response that included my compliments to the casino and also my concerns about multiple transmissions of my sensitive  data after my account is already verified and my documents are approved in good standing. This took extra time but I still received my funds via BTC within 7-10 calendar days - without submitting additional/redundant documentation.

I played there last week. I deposited $50 in Bitcoin and got a lot of playthru but lost it. I had a bad experience with lucky legends tonight. $174 and I submitted verification and they asked for a $10 BTC deposit since my wins were from free spins. I submitted  my driver's license and a selfie holding it on July 24, 2023.  Got one automated email response that they received my email. 

I contacted them Aug. 1 to check the status of my account verification. Not until the third time I ask did they inform me a copy of my utility bill was also needed.

Went ahead and took the risk of making a verification deposit in order to cash out my (no more than/no less than) $100 in winnings from the no deposit $50 chip I redeemed on July 23, 2023. 

I was going through account verification pains at the time of my first post. Eventually, at some point after August and before October my account was verified/approved.



In order to cash out using cryptocurrency, I was instructed to make a verification deposit using the method I wanted to use for my withdrawal.Support also told me I could withdraw my $100 in winnings PLUS my deposit without any wagering requirements.

 My preference is Litecoin, so I got my $10 LTC ready to send only to discover the minimum deposit amount for LTC is $20 (it is $10 for BTC).  Slots, table games, or otherwise - I'm at a casino to gamble and that somehow justified making the $21 LTC verification deposit - a grand last gamble.


 

As you can see my $21 LTC deposit was accepted and approved only to discover that I was misinformed.

I made a comment about  them flooding my inboxes with codes, chips, spins, etc. that I cannot use until this withdrawal is processed . and the leftover non-cashable balance removed. He actually countered, with a response suggesting it actually is possible to deposit and claim a bonus with a withdrawal pending.

I truly understand your frustration and the amount of stress this brand Ace Revenue Group casinos is absolutely horrific!
