Just an FYI....DO NOT USE THE NGR50 AT MR.O MORE THAN ONCE THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE WITHDRAW. I'm trying to figure out how to upload the screenshot from support chat. When I asked why was the NGR50 code approved when redeemed if the withdraw was going to be denied. I have yet to receive a response. I feel that is wrong. If it's not withdrawable then it should have been denied when I redeemed it. I am new to all this. The knowledge I have gained from reading all the posts is immeasurable. Not to mention making  my own mistakes from not reading or understanding terms and conditions. My question is if they expecta a deposit between NDB's why do they say you can claim up to 5? I do understand if you can flip it and cash out a NDB you must make a deposit.

Certain coupons will require your last action to be a deposit but you can otherwise definitely do 5 free. And comp points, cash back, as well  loyalty rewards for depositing (the next day AND the monthly) are all NOT INCLUDED as being considered a "free promo" as far as I know. Meaning on top of those things you can find and enter a coupon code, or if you're having trouble redeeming a certain code you can go to chat and ask them if they can redeem it for you and provide them the code. 

And on top of the mentioned ones, you can claim 5 codes. Chat has to activate a lot for me, otherwise the code you are entering is no longer (or never was) valid. The only things that would not be redeemable are ones that exclude your class, or require the last action to be a deposit.

Incorrect, comp points do count towards free promotion, as well as loyalty bonuses and cash back. They are all considered one of the free promotions and count towards the five. In addition you can't withdraw two free promotions in a row, there has to be a deposit in between.

I've definitely redeemed five codes or also had chat included in redeeming those on top of cash back and loyalty and also withdrew so I don't know maybe each class has their own rules LOL

Nah yeah, comp points are separate from the 5 promos ive asked both mr o & Eternal MANY times cause it always felt sketch being it was usually a last ditch effort before next deposit & almost always only claim once used 5 or whatever lol. However comp points do have a MCO of 20x the $$amount you redeem. ($1=$20mco  $2=$40mco & so on) NOW, unless rules changed overnight who knows now adays, that's certainly case for mro & Eternal both. 

It's definitely up to the casinos discretion on whether comp points count as a free promo. I've had weeks where they let me claim over 10 bonuses in a row. And paid out for multiple in a row after talking to the Pitboss. 

I've also many times been able to withdraw a free promo winning, then before the next deposit, withdraw from comp points winnings (x25 not x20). 

Those weeks I made plenty of deposits and lost my ass though. They definitely won't make special arrangements for people considered "casino whoring". 

On the other hand I have plenty of times my withdrawals were rejected in these exact scenarios. Case by case basis 💯
