i contacted live support last night and she was very friendly & polite ,and was happy  to give me $25 and i have never deposited there.

I got $25 too and support asked me if I was a depositor before they gave it to me so it might matter if you're a depositor depending on who you chat to lol. I've made three deposits there so far.

i know everyone can have thier own opinion but i personaly can say my experience with them has been nothing but fantastic  the support (elle) is phenomenal and pleasant the payouts are no B,S and thier casino is stunning they are the top of my RTG list by far... but like i said everyone has thier own opinion happy new years

erin j , I would have to agree with you that the support is phenomenal and pleasant . But have you actually won from them and have had a cashout . And the only reason I'm asking you to clarify on this point is I've made 3 deposits and have played thru around $1500 and not once was on the plus side with biggest win being around $25 maybe . And just blowing thru the $ and only placing small bets $0.80 to $2 per spin . And I would think that my play should of been a good sampling of site played around 10 different games , and different days and time . And I've played at a lot of RTG casinos  and I never had the go so quick . So if you've actually have won with them I'd like to hear a little about if you don't mind (how much , what game , how big a bet ......) thanks

well when the exclusive came out for the free 25 i played and i played through the 2500 i managed to cash out the maximum 50 bucks and that happend fast i got it really quick..... next since then i have deposited around 75 i havent cashed out anything since but i have got up too about 200 playing it ( just never cashed out ::) )
i played the shopping spree #2 it was tight at first and then boom just opened up and i kept getting bonus rounds, the games there i find dont pay anything are the games that just came out honestly just go to the older games play at a low bet and feel it out if you aint winning anything bail out on that game but i feel at this casino when a slot is loose its loooooosssseeeee... anyways good luck to you
