Someone help me understand what is going on with this new casino!
Royal Apollo Casino, a Rival casino (I love Rival Casinos)
I spotted it at the same time I saw the other newest Rival Casino (Vanguard-topic now on page 2 of No deposit casinos).

Well anyway, here is where I am so confused.  This new "Rival" casino does not accept players from the USA, which I am one.

Jim, anybody, please help ease my pain over this!!!!!!!!!

Oh, I already asked Zuga if he can get LCB a ndb for this casino.
I only saw one forum that has a $10 exclusive for this casino, and you know that Zuga can do much better than that!
So for you non-USA players, just be patient, I'm sure that we will  be hearing from Zuga as soon as he can close a deal with them.

I just spoke to live chat and Chris said the strangest thing.  Chris told me that they do not accept residents from the USA except for Kentucky.  Dosen't that beat all!

I keep getting a "sendrequest" error when downloading.  US support number also not working..

Yup- mine went very fast too 

Live support making me do all sorts of things to my comp but I believe the issue is on their end.  I tried to download another rival to prove it but all the no deposit rival links are not loading, the RTG and other sites load just fine.

Server issues? Royal Apollo page still loads.. but slowly. Download still wont complete.

Check your firewall settings. Also at least for me i have issues using FireFox and had to switch to IE.

Thanks Lipstick.  It is now working, they must have had a server issue of some kind.

Got it too..Though they don't have much in bonuses yet, the 100% has a low PT from what I have seen from other rivals. Maybe worth a shot!

I just signed up, no bonus, went to chat and they said I have been a player since 12-6-09. I don't think so - they didn't even take US at that time.

When I downloaded the casino the casino itself was Royal Apollo, but the desktop icon says GOLDROCK

So this casino is the same as Gold Rock? If so and I should sign up again they would say I have multiple accounts?

Never mind.. I got mine without a hitch!

I spoke to live chat. According to them them these are 2 separate casinos that use the same software. If Royal Apollo comes up as Gold Rock after download, contact support or live chat. They will assist members on steps to take to correct the situation.

What is more interesting when asked if they were sister sites......live chat said..."she didn't think so".

Huhm, "don't think so", either you are or you aren't! All Rivals use the same software..."RIVAL." But they usually come up as who they say they are
They know exactly what is going on
The $30 wasn't there for me, but they put it there and it was gone before I even knew I had claimed it

I agree slot....something is not adding up right with this casino. I have never experienced a casino where software got confused with another casino!!

Live chat insinuated it was a tech prob................Wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

I logged into my account today and found a $25 and a $6 free chip

I had no problems.

No nd promo for me.  Did deposit with the 500% bonus.  Blew right through it.  Contacted live chat for freebie prior to depositing again but was told nothing available, depsite the fact I'm a loyal Rival depositor.  Closed my account and uninstalled.  I'll stick with VR.  Never make play through but they are always happy to comp me.
