Almost 2 hrs waiting  live support not answering!  New year but same old customer service

I sent an email to go casino letting them know how long the wait was to collect a bonus. I also mentioned that they should include whether or not you have to be a depositor so that people such as myself don't waist their time. Let's see what happens.

You had to make a deposit in the last 3 months. 

I got $15 on each.  The wait was ridiculous, as always, even on the phone.

Sadly, customer service has gone downhill.

I have suggested they have a spot to enter a free/deposit code so we don't have to wait.... evidently it's in the works so we shall see.
