Yeah a few times... I've cashed out twice from a couple of no deposit bonuses and again from a crypto deposit. I did have a few mildly agitating moments whilst attempting to withdrawal. But customer support had been available and they were able to resolve any issue preventing my request for withdrawal. Relatively quick I may add. From reading the responses from within this post regarding withdrawal and account verification.

This time around it's been an awful, yet frustrating (not!) experience due to no response from the casino regarding the emails I've sent in for account verification along and to get status check because of no response. 

OK I signed up with Orbitspins.com since last month on Jan 26th, of which I ended up playing one of NDB Chips a couple of days later, took a break, and then went at it again to complete the terms of wagering on Feb 02. 

I chimed in with chat support on the same day of which I was given (2) different email addresses to send in my docs for verification on separate occasions (I don't need to elaborate as you'll understand as I explain) on top of that I got the email address for casino support which is given on the casino site. 

As of today, which is now Feb 21, it's been well over 3 weeks (15 business days) and I've sent in several emails (cashier@orbitspins.com, banking@orbitspins.com, support@orbitspins.com) at least 5 business days from the last email sent due to no response. And all I get from "live chat support" is that the turn around time for verification is 5 business days and that they can't check on the status of accounts, but once account is approved to wait on email from verification team. 

So all in all no response from casino departments and live chat can't do anything to help expedite the matter.  

They can do better if they just respond!

Im sorry you guys are dealing with the same issue as me. 

With the harsh responses I was getting after my initial post, I was starting to wonder if it was just me. I also submitted my kyc when I had something g to withdraw but a couple days later, ended up losing it with verification still not done. I also got on with chat only to have them tell me 5 days. After 2 weeks of emailing to get status of my kyc, because I wanted to wait before making another deposit for that to be done, I finally got the answer of ... kyc isn't necessary because I have nothing to withdraw. 

Like an idiot, I deposited again figuring they would do the kyc if I had something to withdraw but after a couple days again, I lost what I was going to withdraw... funny thing, it took a couple days for me to lose what I wanted to withdraw and almost the instant after I lost what I had, I get an email saying.... kyc isn't necessary because I have nothing to withdraw. 

So I stand by my original statement of... shady business practices, they do shady things so as not to have to pay out.

And to the ppl that called me a cheap ass and I don't want to go through verification and want something for nothing...... I wonder if you all aren't just employees of the casino.
