Too hard verification on rtg casinos

I joined Pacific Spins the day it came out and won off the intial 101 dollar no deposit bonus. Verification was by far the fastest at any spin logic ran casino with rtg games. I submitted document on Saturday night and by Monday morning my documents were approved. I made the 10 dollar deposit and within 45 min the btc pay out was confirmed. All the other similar casinos (Yabby, Limitless, Extreme, Brango, Firefox, and Bonus Blitz) took at least a week to verify my documents. I have made several deposits since with zero issues and 2 more withdraws. They give u 50 free spins daily since they opened even after winning not sure how long that will last. I honestly feel like they're just another quick get rich casino, but hey, to each their own. If you make a tester account and talk to the support they're pretty laid back, although a bit slow (no offense). They seem like they were thrown into the middle of the whole casino mix and don't have enough data or playerbase to expand at all. I'd give them a 4/5 but they're missing a lot and their rules are very strict as if they're forcing people to lose money rather than to play games

I signed up for this casino after getting the email. Didn't make it thru the playthru for the 150 sign up chip. However I got 50 free spins from them the following day. I made it thru the playthrough this was last Sunday, September 10th. My experience deteriorated rapidly from that point. 

I initially reached out to support because the cashier would not let me withdraw it said I was restricted and needed to be verified. So I did. This again was all done last Sunday. I went to sleep hoping to wake up to see my withdraw processed.

Instead upon waking up I see im still restricted unable to withdraw, I contact support now I'm told I have to send in front on id back of id proof of resisdence and a selfie. So I did and I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited and then there was a IT problem with the payout processor they use so I waited and here I am still waiting a whole 6 days 5 of them being business days ( 3-5 business days is the time line they give) ive yet to get 1 lousy email back from the banking department, management department or the support department. I even made the 10 deposit they require before you can withdraw and due to them dragging thier feet with my verification I'm unable to even play with my own money that I put on the site until the 50$ ive had waiting for going on 6 freaking days to be withdrawn is finally withdrawn.

NO you def have to send in a photo of the front and back of your license and a picture of the front with your face in it send it to documents@pacificspins.com it will take about 24hours to hear back make sure its very readable i had to do it so thats why im informing you    and a little cheat to get payed out email support@pacificspins.com and say withdrawal and send bitcoin adddress your username and your email that helps as well 

yea there payout is literally within 10 min ive made 4 withdrawals but playing with bonus money gets a bit trickey so be weary 

imn pretty sure there sister company to bonusblitz casino but they both will etl you win a few times but then good luck because you wil find it very diffucult to get to withrawable amounts its getting annoying

I think it's best if you follow the same steps as when LCB is checking out these casino that is to get in all documents before making any deposits. 

Well ive been waiting for verification also been days sent emails to 3 different departments support, banking,and documents plus talked to live support twice which same simple response please be patient. They couldnt even confirm they received my documents or if they were being processed. So i emailed again and still not 1 response or confirmation it was received . Be great if they had a direct support representative section here like many other casinos. If anyone knows a trick actually works to get support department to respond id be grateful for it

My boyfriend made his first withdrawal from pacific spins last week. It did take 5 days to verify him but it was his first withdrawal there.

Verification takes 4 to 5 days all that was needed was a valid ID front and back, which i used my drivers license and a selfie holding it. After that before you can do a withdrawal they require a 10 dollar verification deposit. Side note is then deposit wont show until you withdraw the 50 dollar max  limit from your no deposit bonus is also the minimum withdrawal amount accepted. This process took 3 tried before it was done Correctly but the emails from the payment department was fast and i still received my BTC deposit within 15 minutes. After that everything is great just like the other casinos in this chain. So imo dont be afraid to try them out you wont be disappointed once your fully verified.
