    Hi LCB'ers,

    A word of caution when a new casino arrives. Many times LCB is able to get exclusives for new casinos. Some members will download the casino before the exclusive comes out. Therefore missing out on our exclusives.

    In order for a exclusive to be valid, a member must use our exclusive link. In many cases depending on the exclusive the casino must be registered through LCB.

    As much as i would like to warn members that an exclusive is on its way, i am not always aware of it. As soon as i receive word from the LCB staff, i or admin will post it.

    It is up to the players discretion to wait and see if a exclusive is in the works. There is also a lot of confusion about posting user names in the ND section. Please do NOT post your user name unless a rep or a member from the staff asks you to.

    i have to say i am sorry i am one who has lposted username new at this and wont do it again thank you i appreciate you telling us i dont always read the rules until its to late .

    Hi Lips...Good info on not letting go before the exclusives come along.  I think we all are just so excited something new comes along, we can't wait!
    But you are definately right.  We miss out on the great exclusive offer.

    But am I missing something on the posting of the usernames?  How is it any harder for a spammer to go into our gigantic list of users, that to just see a name or two?  I don't get it.

    Nal, There are people out there so low down and dirty and so desperate that they develop programs that can crack passwords, get your email, get into accounts, grab info of any types, credit cards for example and so forth, you just never know whats out there, even steal your idendity.
    Alot of people do banking online, and alot of other types which are usually connected with your email.
    They can find someone that has one password to all of their accounts including their email, emails carry alot of info for people, passwords are sent to emails.
    Theres so many ways and so many things these lowlifes can do, when you think about it.

    no kidding...but that doesn't answer my question.

    i asked why not publish a username  if someone is in our forum, ALL of our usernames are listed there in ONE GIANT LIST.

    how is not publishing them controlling the dirtbags, when they can just go right in there and help themselves?  am i missing something??

    User names here and users names used at casinos i would hope are different. I'm not quite sure what you mean by the "Giant List" unless your referring to the user names online here at the forum.

    Its not only for protection but in many cases a member will post a user name and many will follow suit. When in fact PM'ing the username to the rep is preferred in some instances.

    You are basically about posting our "username" for a specific casino in order to maybe get an exclusive that isn't rightfully ours in the first place, correct?

    Basically how EVERY1 started posting their "usernames" for Vegas Days wanting the $125 exclusive even though they had joined the casino not via our link and prior to LCB actually getting an exclusive.  (I think) lol

    yes, that is exactly what i was talking about.  that is why i didn't know what you guys were talking about.  i didn't know you meant not to post your casino usernames.  that's why it didn't make sense to me.
