I put my account number in and password
Now i am in casino i enlarge the screen sp i could see right side bottom entered the code .Took about 60 minuted to credit. I am U.S. player.Hope this helps.

I just tried to use the code but it didnt work for me either. I talked with support and they basically said the code was only given out to certain accounts and unless you have black space on the bottom right corner of the casino when you first login where you can enter the code then it wasnt a promotion meant for you. So if you didnt receive an email regarding the code chances are the casino wont let you redeem it. Thats how i understood it anyway when they explained it to me hope it helps someone.

support told me only US players can get the promo.....i used to get 15 free every month and now nothing this month. ;(

no canadians well i mean canadians can play but we dont qualify
