i contacted them 3 days ago,the live chat told me they will contact me after few hours by phone so they will verified my account and get that 10 euros free,which didnt happened,i even send them email and still no response from them,so i think i wont get that bonus !

After I contacted them on the french chat(didn't find the english one online).they called me in maximum 5 minutes and credited my account.

So got an email, they will call me :D:D Live chat was no accesable all weekend long, so i send them an email to their support :D If they call, i will be suprised
