Hello, I wanted to inform everyone that all Inclave run casino's are linked together and share info on deposits and wins and your player rank or class as they call it. So if I make regular deposits at one casino it raises my VIP level at all casinos. so the perks and bonuses are great as long as you are not winning. But as soon as you start winning a little They slam the brakes on you at all casinos. No more priority support, withdraws, promotions, Hell, they even take away your free trial spins when a new game comes out. My player class is now Expert Master and I cant even claim a coupon that is available to the public. Fair Gamming my ass.

Hello Clocke1968!

Sorry to hear you’ve had that kind of experience. That sounds really frustrating.

Was this tied to one specific Inclave casino, or have you noticed it happening across a few of them? If you’ve got any details like when your player class changed or what promotions were affected, that would help narrow it down.

If something doesn’t look right with your account status or bonuses, you can also submit a complaint to our support team. Just include your username and the casinos involved, and they’ll take a proper look at it for you.

Either way, we’ll do our best to get it checked and clarify what’s going on.
