over 10 days ,I still not receive my withdrawal  1800 USD (CN¥12,325.86) ,it is delay too long ,their site withdrawal timeframe is within  48 hours ,obviously ,it delay too long . the previous withdrawal successful is  01/09/2023 ,about 45 days past .

       I really need the funds to live ,I am 41 years old ,I have two little  children and two parents over (72 years ),all they need money to live ,Unfortunately, due to the impact of the epidemic and China's prevention and control policies, I lost my job,so this funds is very important for me 

    I am very frustrated and maybe I will be crazy !

I hope they can process my withdrawal as soon as possible !
