According to the player, the casino promised that the winnings would be paid once the complaint was closed, which was done at his request. However, we have not received any official confirmation or response from the casino regarding this matter.
As per the player’s statement, the funds have still not been paid out, despite him following all the steps that were communicated to him.
Since we do not have an official response from the casino, we have decided to REOPEN the complaint.
We are once again attempting to contact the casino to obtain their explanation and clarification regarding this situation.
