    I discussed the player activity with our Risk&Fraud department, and for me the case is solved and closed.

    I agree that because of the system error it was not possible to get back to our readers earlier.

    I must point out few things again:

    Mr/Mrs bothae

    1. First and most important thing, I already informed you about way to proceed with complaint to Curacao, which is the licensing body for 22bet casino. It is very simple process and I they will help you very quick to get your issue solved and close the matter.

    2. From my end I did all I can to help the player to find a solution, but if he/she rather throw bullsh*t at brand instead of getting real help, stalking and accusing our affiliates etc etc. 

    3. FYI we have not hundreds but thousands of happy players who withdrawed, enjoyed and continue playing, if there is any issue it is solved asap, but here defintely you are doing bad PR and getting ugly famous because of your problem.

    4. If you are not mature enough to understand what are the steps to fill the complaint, I would suggest to use SELF-BARRING service and reach GAMBLERS ANONYMOUS in your area, below I will give you contact information, maybe that will help you with your frustration and emotional problem.

    https://www.gamblersanonymous.org.uk - looks for me like a compulsive gambling problem, but specialist here will tell you better, 750 bets in such short period explains itself your behaviour.

  • Since the casino has failed to provide evidence to back up their claims of multiple accounts we've marked this case as Unresolved. 

    @bothae - we advise you to file a complaint to Curacao directly and let us know as soon as you hear from them. We're going to reopen the case when we get the info from you. 

  • Why I'm not surprised about this? They already took a long time to provide a proof regarding multiple accounts and failed to do so. Waiting for nothing. Good luck with filing complaint at Curaçao egaming.

I could see that you had logged in and lurked pretty much every day for the past two weeks, so don't try to say you could login every day but "system error" stopped you from posting, that doesn't wash, as usual throughout this you've tried to obfuscate, avoid the issue, not answer simple questions and be evasive.

You made a post two weeks ago making a completely false accusation and allegation and that was it. You haven't answered any questions put to you, and you lied when saying you would provide evidence of multiple accounts to LCB and everybody, as you've provided no evidence, as there isn't any, so don't give me the I've done all I can to help crap, because that's complete lies. The only reason I've had to go to a third party such as LCB is that 22Bet.com wouldn't respond and kept ignoring my e-mails. From the outset I've been willing and I've always preferred to deal with this directly with 22Bet.com with no third party involvement needed, but it is 22Bet.com ignoring my e-mails that forced me to go to a third party such as LCB. I've done no stalking or accusing of anybody, I've simply taken the necessary steps to go to third parties such as LCB to try and get this resolved because you kept ignoring me, it's as simple as that, you obviously don't like that people are now getting to know more and more about your scam and fraud behaviour, well tough luck, you reap what you sow.

Again you're trying to deflect from the actual issue by trying to say I've got some sort of gambling problem. That is desperate stuff from you. 750 bets in 6 weeks is only an average of 18 bets a day, nothing much at all, but it doesn't really matter the amount of bets, it's whether you're in control, and I'm fully in control of my gambling, no problems whatsoever here, so stop making up another load of nonsense.

    So the clear outcome of this is that 22Bet.com have made up a completely made up, bogus and false reason to try and steal my money and have lied that they would provide evidence as they've provided nothing, which shows 22Bet.com's guilt for all to see, so everybody can see here, 22Bet.com is to be avoided at all costs, if you're thinking of signing up with 22Bet.com, don't do it under any circumstances, and if you have an account there already, try to withdraw anything you have immediately and never deposit or place a bet there ever again, as you can clearly see from this case, 22Bet.com are scammers and fraudsters.

    Hi guys I just registered at your site. I found it yesterday when I was doing my due diligence of site 22 bet. This post here probably saved me some money. I'm sorry for the OP as he will probably never get the money back.

    Good thing here is that the 22 bet rep (probably the owner that is posting) is so unbelievable unprofessional. It's so laughable that's its insane. All from his comments about complaining to Curaçao as we all know is no point as a Curaçao basically gives the players the same protections as playing at a casino with no licensee. And also suggestion that his customer needs help from gambling problem it´s not really a problem if one is winning is it ?

    It's a wild wild west out there and that casinos can operate this way is a joke .In England they have a small courts claim for cases like. I wonder if the OP is still around did he just lick his wounds and move on ? anyway I just had to register here after seeing this and thanks for saving me some money if it's any comfort :=)

    Hi acejack, first off welcome to LCB and Im glad you found us. Indeed 22bet is no good. This thread wasnt the only complaint against them ( there is bunch of them in complaints sections of the forum ) and sadly our efforts to mediate and help the players failed. 
    This is why we placed them on our warning list and issued a rogue report to warn our visitors about issues surrounding this brand and save them the trouble and money.

    u gonna love it here , best site around + shop perks , and lcb regularly busts dirty casinos which often puts them at risk ( theres been a lot of threats directed at the lcb management for doing this )
