    Hi 24 Monaco are an online casino operating to UK citizens without a ukgc license and laundering transactions not to look like gambling transactions on credit card . I have contacted them but are refusing to refund my money. Any advice

    And will this casino/brand be put on a warning list? Even if its not in the LCB database?! Or how does it work?!

    Ok ... But isnt there a way LCB can still warn people for this casino!? Or the whole reason that the casino isnt listed should be enough information!? Maybe that last is the case now I think about it :D

    When the players search for this casino on our site they will be able to see this complaint which hasn't been resolved, so that should be enough to warn them to be careful. When it comes to this particular casino, you might see a report about it soon as we're currently conducting an investigation regarding their games. 

    If a casino is not listed on LCB, it doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad casino. You can find many casinos listed on LCB that ended up on our Warning list.

    Yeah thats true, not listed doesnt mean bad casino ofcourse ... Although I always look at lcb for information if I ever decide to try out a new casino ... But to be fair I dont do that very often anymore ... Ah well thats another discussion haha :)
