Casino Rep got back to us with this clarification: 

"'Unfortunately, EveryMatrix provider currently has a problem crediting winnings from free spins. We believe that the player might have tried to restart the spins or alter the bonus and unintentionally canceled it. When the bonus is canceled on the player's side support team cannot restore the bonus as the player was informed in chat. However, taking into consideration the problem described above our team has credited the winnings 213.5 ARS from played spins to the player's account anyway. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and if customers would like to use the credited winnings he can simply log in to his account.''
