    Hi can someone help I put €20 on agent spins casino back in January and won 2000 I have the email to say my withdrawal was submitted successfully then the day after I got a email saying my withdrawal has been denied I spoke to someone on chat and they told me I breached terms and conditions ? How did I when it was my own money and not a bonus ? Can someone help ? Thanks
