    Hi. I started to withdraw 245 euros

    On avantgardecasino.com. As bitcoin 11.6.2022 and it were

    Pending until today. Now they said

    Its cancelled on My side even when I

    Have not cancelled it by Myself.

    Now I need to wait even longer than

    I should have been without this issue

    to get my withdraw as bitcoins. 

    What to do next?

    After receiving additional information from Europlayer we consider this case as resolved. 

    The winnings in this case came from a free chip, and as per casinos T&C's only one withdrawal is allowed were winnings came from a free chip and member already had one successful withdrawal of the free chip winnings in the past.
