  • iv made 3 withdrawals on the 4th of July 2022..

    all adding up to $6119 .. it's now the 1st of feb and they still havnt processed it, iv reached out to support serveral times but I always get a pretty generic response , saying they have notified the management team and it should be done really soon , thanks for your patience ..  im getting worried they won't ever process my withdrawals please help

    I'm having issue with a withdraw with azurehand casino as well.  They kept asking for my bank details which they already had, and then tell me after over two weeks of verifying and updating my information, That I cannot withdraw because I used a bonus...... When the bonus had a 60x playthrough which I had completed.... And has a 100 dollar max withdraw Limit, which is what my withdraw is totalling to.   My account transactions even says *manager withdrawal approved*

    The approval was made last week and the remaining balance was paid out to our 3rd party on your behalf, as a general rule we are looking at 3-10 business days on delivery so you should be seeing that hit you bank account fairly soon if it hasn't already.

    Unfortunately JC1982 the requested funds are not eligible for withdrawal. Only one free chip is allowed between deposits and this particular win was on the 3rd no deposit bonus in a row.
