CLOSED: [Due to the casino’s unresponsiveness]: Babu88 - Software Issue

I deposited 13 daya ago they repeatedly said that becuase of agent deposit they will refund me, sometime they said they will refund me within 12 hour then this it they will refund me within 25 of 24 hour then they said again they will refund me within 48 Hour but still they didn't refund me refund the amount of money and they did not response my message even though I have all the evidence and information Till they are Harassing me

There was a mistkae i did not know they have any rules regarding this they dont except money from bkash agent banking there i have to send money from personal account then i ask for them to refund they said you will get refund withing 24 hour,  then they said they faced server issue  then like that they are posing it to 13 days now still they said 24 hours need to refund  but there is no ending of 24 hours,  they have to refund the momey becuase there is no mentioned rules for agent / or personal deposit,  it says only make payment to bkash to bkash  nambrr what ever i made payment from bkash agent or bkash personal there is mantion nothing 

They repeatedly saying this it make me very angry if you need more time to solve then why not tellthe Truth rather  false. Claim 

Last time i reported they solved it after posting in your site i mantioned the member vews was good,  that time let see what happed they hired very bad customers service
