    Ich habe mich als deutscher Spieler in dem Casino www.instantcasino.com mich registriert und 1030 Euro verspielt, obwohl in der AGB des Casino steht, dass Deutschland ein eingeschränktes Land ist, sprich dass Spieler aus Deutschland nicht zulassen sind.

    Somit verstößt das AGB des Casino gegen Ihre AGB, denn das Casino führt Deutschland als eingeschränktes Land auf, lässt aber problemlos deutsche Spieler ein Spielerkonto eröffnen und Einzahlungen tätigen. 

    Bei einem Gewinn hätte das Casino die Auszahlung auch nicht bearbeitet, da Deutschland in der AGB des Casino als eingeschränktes Land aufgeführt ist und bei Auszahlung das Casino selbst gegen die eigene AGB verstoßen tut. 

    Ich habe mehrfach das Casino kontaktiert, es erfolgt keine Reaktion.

     

    Ausserdem habe ich das Casino mitgeteilt, dass ich seit Jahr 2021 die ärztliche Diagnose pathologische Glücksspielsucht, Diagnose F 63.0 habe.

     

    Ich bitte um Ihre Unterstützung, damit ich meine Spieleinsätze von 1030 Euro wieder bekomme.

    If you had won, the casino would not have processed the payout either, as Germany is listed as a restricted country in the casino's terms and conditions and if you make a payout, the casino itself would be violating its own terms and conditions.

    I have contacted the casino several times, but there has been no response.

    I also informed the casino that since 2021 I have been medically diagnosed with pathological gambling addiction, diagnosis F 63.0.
