  • This involves Bet Big Dollar Casino.. I initiated a withdrawl for $730 USD via wire transfer and it's been nothing but constantly getting the run around since the very beginning. Then I seen that it  processed on what I seen the 9th but they said the 12th, and I have to wait 7-10 business days,   and then another 7-10 business days, and been told a week, the most recent was 2 days (thursday was the final date). My personal bank account does not handle international wire transfers so I was directed to Western Union directly from my banking site to fill out the form for the international transfer and from there was given specific payment notes and directions so i took a screen shot of those and sent those to the support email listed on Big Dollars site with my identifying documents for verication. And yet have seen a deposit.. I have called so many times I've lost count, everytime I've made them aware that I was recording the call and requesting an MTCN number that I can use to track the payment via western union and their response is we don't have access to anything like that and shockingly nobody from their financial department is available to speak to clients I've also emailed the VIP addresses and they tell me the same things over and over, I've called my bank, ive called western union and ive called a lawyer due to the fact they have personal account information, contact information, and my card information because this is ridiculous and if I wanted to play these kinda of games, I would just download a "casino app from the playstore" that advertises payouts, atleast then I'm already prepared for it to be a scam. I have attached every screen shot I have from the very first time I contacted them via email and the same scrrenshots I sent in regarding the payment.

    There's over 40 pictures so if needed I will post them but the ones already uploaded are of the payout instructions they were needing to follow and them saying my payments were processed on their site.

    We've received a reply from the Casino Representative. Here's what he says:

    "The withdrawal was paid to player's account held at Bank of New York Mellon ending #9192 and the reference that the player can look out for on their bank statement is AFFILIATE SQUARED  LTD.

    Please allow a couple more days as it takes up to 7 business days once it has been paid by the processors. "

  • Yeah that was their response every time I tried to contact them. Every single time, verbatim word for word.I called that bank, there was nothing. I can give them another bank to send it too, but I haven't received it. I don't understand the issue with why they can't seem to give me any sort of information where i can track the payment since it's going to a western union account.
