    Good afternoon, dear forum participants and administration.There was an unpleasant situation with the payment.Since 05/16/2023, bet24-7 casinos managed by Versus Odds BV cannot process a withdrawal request.At T&C, it was written on their website that the application would be processed within 48 hours.2 letters to their mail remained unanswered.I immediately uploaded a copy of my passport to my personal account.In the chat, we checked the application, congratulated on winning and that's it, they said wait, today it's already 20.05.2023.The funds have not been paid.Please help me solve the problem with the payment.My username in the casino is Ev*****.Thank you.
