It's starting to annoy me, no one writes back from the financial department, casino representatives, documents not checked, I did everything right and still haven't received the winnings where others did. They've been texting me the same thing over and over in the chat for two days, but no one is replying to my email. Why doesn't the casino representative reply? It's been four days, where I was supposed to receive the winnings after 48 hours.

    Judging by the screenshot your withdrawal may be in progress or sent, and that is the reason it can not be canceled anymore. Please keep an eye on your e-wallet/account for the transaction to appear. 

    But we also notified the representative, who advised the question 'will be forwarded to the person in charge'. Once we get more info, we will let you know.
